For information represented on a single line, for example: Name, Email address etc, the Standard Element "Text field" is used. Click "Text field" in the list and the "Add Text field" dialogue will be displayed. A Text field element allows your customer to type information in a single line and consists of a Field caption (used as a label so the customer can identify the purpose of the box) and an input area (in which your customers can type information).
