The multi-select list allows your customer to select more than one option from a list you provide (using Control-click). Example: you'd like your customer to specify which of the Services you provide they're actually interested in receiving information on. A multi -select list would allow you to list all your services and enable your customer to select as many as they require from the list. The items the customer selects would be sent with the rest of the form information to you by email.
